"I bought a new Harley-Davidson a few months ago (I love my hog) on July 10 I was at Buffalo Wild Wings enjoying a nice sunny day on my H-D, but when I went to go home the bike wouldn’t start. I noticed there were a few "Harley guys" there so I asked one to look at it, without hesitation Derrick jumped into action. It turned out the battery in my key bob was bad and Derrick showed me how to bypass the alarm and I was on my way home. "I am a Clearwater HOG member living in Safety Harbor. My wife Sheila and I were ready to purchase a new Harley, especially after test riding the Ultra Classic at Daytona Bike Week. Since Fletcher's was closed on Memorial Day, we took the short ride to New Port Richey to look at the Ultra Classics. He explained the features and benefits of the 2010 Ultra Classic and we went outside to look at my 2007 Electra Glide for a trade in. It's because of the people that I continue to visit. A few months ago, I met Anthony Iapichino, a salesman, and I noticed that he not only made a point to greet me when I visit, but he remembered my name. He always greets me by name. His "NO PRESSURE" style & friendly, personal demeanor are a refreshing change. It turns out that over the last several months, during what I thought was casual conversation, Anthony was carefully listening to everything I was saying. I talked about what I was looking for in a bike; the perfect combination of Power, Speed and Head Turning Style. Last week, Anthony called me and said, "Hank, I just got a bike in here that might be exactly what you've been looking for. This could be the perfect bike for you." He told me everything about it & suggested that I come out & ride it. When I arrived , he pointed out all the features on the bike & then we went for a ride. Well, he was dead on. It was everything I wanted and more. My only hesitation was the color. It took me 24 hours or more to decide, but still no pressure from Anthony. Just a ready willingness to answer any questions. I decided to buy it & Anthony is the reason that I bought it from the New Port Richey store. He is a talented professional and his skills are a major asset to this company. I also want to mention my experience with the parts department. Mike, in parts has helped me customize my '09 Street Glide over the past several months. He is very knowledgable & frequently offers time saving tips to help make my project go more smoothly. He is very resourceful & if he doesn't have what I need, he'll find & get it to me quickly. Mike is another great asset to the New Port Richey store. I've probably been in nearly all the Harley stores in Florida. There are a few that have some of the same amenities, like a customer lounge or free drinks & popcorn, but only one has the people that work in the New Port Richey store. The environment is a product of the people and the people in NEW PORT RICHEY are the reason that I changed dealerships & will continue to visit there frequently. Hank Richards"

"I have to tell you, I don't currently own a Harley but your service is beyond 5 star. I recently stopped in at the SR54 location on my way home from work as I desperately needed a tire for my Honda Shadow. I was greeted immediately by Anthony Iapichino. I advised Anthony of my dilemma. He quickly located Keith Smith. Keith came out and looked at my bike, went back in, found 1 in stock and took me right in to be serviced. An hour later I was leaving with a new tire. The overall customer experience was extremely pleasing. Two days later, my speedometer cable broke. Rather than drive to the Honda dealership which is less than 3 miles from my house, I drove to the Harley dealership which is about 12 miles from my house. Once again, Keith gave me exceptional service. He had my bike racked quickly and advised me of the situation. I will continue to patronize the Harley shop for all my accessories and will look there first for parts and service. I found out in a conversation with Keith that they didn't immediately have the proper tool to remove my tire. Rather than tell me they couldn't do it, they built a tool to make it work. WOW!!!!! "

"I had a problem with a 2009 Sportster that I bought from Tom Milner at Tampa Harley. I talked with Doug in the service department and was left with a negative feeling. My bad. Doug got with Angelo, Sales Manager, and they completely satisfied the problem. I bought a 2009 Sportster that had 4,500 miles on it, but appeared in perfect condition. Apparently there had been previous modifications to the bike that caused it to run poorly. I took it back to Doug in service, and between Doug and Angelo, they rectified the problem at their expense. What a great way to take care of their family, and let me say, I do feel part of their Harley family. These people do what they say, and I would tell anyone to consider Tampa Harley as the place to go for their bike needs. Doug was courteous and very patient with a rookie, and went out of his way to help me. Angelo is straight up and tries to go as far as he can to make your purchase fair and legitimate. Tom Milner, in sales, is excellent and genuinely a nice person with a lot of knowledge. He will try and help you get the ride that best fits your needs and desires. By the way, Jordan and Ted, teachers for the riders training course, are excellent and are patient and very helpful. I definitely recommend their course for your bike license endorsement."

"Just a half day after replacing my battery while on a weekend trip, I ended up stranded less than 20 miles from the New Port Richey (Gulf Coast) dealer on a Sunday afternoon. The dealership had a big event going on (Patriot Ride) and clearly had a lot on their plate, but sent someone out with a trailer to pick me and my bike up, as well as a non-Harley m/c and rider in our group who had laid down his bike. Gary was so kind and gracious, and really made us feel comfortable on the way in. He was very proficient at getting the bikes loaded, and I felt like an old friend by the time we arrived at the dealership. At the dealership, several guys helped get the bikes out, and Gary turned us over to Stimpy (Keith) aka Super Service Writer. He got my bike into the service bay, wrote up the work order, and took the time to visit with us, making us feel better and we felt that we'd known him a long time. By this time it was nearly 3 p.m. and breakfast a long distant memory. Keith turned us over to Big Mick, who, although the food table from the event was shut down, found us and our companions some food. While we were there, every employee we encountered was friendly and pleasant - a really nice experience. The saga isn't over yet (stay tuned), as we had to leave my 1999 FXD Super Glide at the dealership for repairs. We managed to load most of my stuff onto my husband's motorcycle, and the remains of our once larger group (now only 3 bikes and 6 people) left for home (Ft. Myers). This morning Keith called to see how we fared getting home, and to let me know that my bike was on the lift and they had started the diagnostic routine. A few hours later, he called to give me an update and go over the needed repairs - which coincided with what we figured had gone wrong as well. We'll be picking up my bike in a few days and that's when I can finish the saga. Somehow, I think the ending will be just a nice as the rest of my dealings with this dealership and its employees! Just one question, Mr. Stevens: Where did you get all these great employees?? Please keep them. By the way, you can bet we'll find our way back to this dealership again, and again. "

"First, let me say I am a little tardy with this feedback but as we all know, sometimes life has other plans for our time. I had an excellent purchase experience at Brandon Harley and it is due, in large part, to Ray Burdsall. I've been riding for over 25 years but recently I had a long dry spell without a bike. I finally couldn't take it anymore and I knew I wanted a Harley this time around so I went to Brandon Harley. Ray was very friendly, but more importantly, he was very patient with me as I worked out what I wanted. I looked at many different bikes and Ray was patient and extremely informative as I explored my options - I sat on a lot of bikes! I bought a used Fat Boy and I am very happy with the ride. Ray went out of his way to help me with things like giving me his personal cell number and I bugged him with questions but he was always patient, helpful and a consummate professional. Ray also hooked me up with the Brandon Harley MSF Rider's Edge course to refresh my skills and both my wife and I attended - she is now a new rider and having a great time as well. I would also like to thank Ted and Jordan from the course as they were also most excellent and helpful, Hollywood for making the purchase process easy, and Mama Sue for hooking the whole family up (including my son) with helmets, goggles, gloves and other gear. It is strange to me still but we feel like a part of the Harley family now and most of that is due to Brandon Harley and the folks who helped us as well as all the "bikers" we have met there - we look forward to long friendships with all! "I recently purchased a Harley Davidson from Gulf Coast Harley Davidson in New Port Richey Florida. When I left Illinois, after visiting with my daughter, I knew that I would be purchasing a bike in the near future. I stopped at almost all the dealers on my journey down to Florida and found them all to be very helpful. Then one day I walked into the 54 store in New Port Richey and realized that the team I wanted to do business with was right in my own back yard. During the purchase process I dealt with Mick and Larry Stephens in sales, Dale Hedding in documentation, Denise Vittorioso and Julie Runia from the motor clothes team and of course Keith Smith in parts. I can truly say that I was treated better than great and all made sure that things went smoothly for me. A definite level of humor was also present that always makes the day better for me and I hope others. I have delayed writing this note until I was comfortable with the after sales service and I must say that I am not disappointed. This is where my purchase was really different form my first Harley in (don’t laugh) 1968 at Illinois Harley Davidson. Again, I was treated well in Illinois but today’s Harley shop isn’t just a place to purchase a great bike. The 54 store is also a complete atmosphere of a family right down to all of the super events that are offered to all. What a fabulous feeling. "I came to St Petersburg to buy a Mini Cooper. On our way home, we wanted to stop at the Harley store. The Mini dealership told me that our new store (in Panama City Beach) was going to be managed by Larry who now manages the New Port Richey dealership. We stopped by to introduce ourselves and inquire about the opening of the Panama City Harley-Davidson dealership. There were about 500 people there...a big rally...lots of beautiful bikes and great conversation. I walked through the store and came upon the most beautiful Deluxe I had ever seen. It took about 15 minutes before I realized that I had to have the bike. Buying a car on Saturday and a bike on Sunday is not something I do every week. Larry made me a deal I couldn't resist and Brian went through the financing process with me. Dale made sure the bike was ready for me when all of the paperwork was finished and got me familiar with my new bike. Larry's son (I don't know his name) checked the weather so we would have a safe, dry ride back to Panama City. I would have to say the this is my favorite dealership. I bought the bike of my dreams and met some wonderful people. The best part of it is....they will all be in Panama City very soon. "To Whom It May Concern, I have just purchased a 2009 Ultra Classic. Until recently every experience I had in Brandon Harley-Davidson was nothing short of....worthless! From rude and obnoxious sales persons to total ineptness. My intent for stopping by was not to purchase one thing from Brandon but to conduct some comparative shopping. Also, to see how big a load of crap anyone was going to try and shove down my throat. Well much to my surprise this did not happen. I was greeted by a salesman name Ray Burdsall. Of all my years of making major purchasing this was by far the best salesman I have ever had the privelege of working with. There was no pressure, there was no attitude, and best of all he took the time to explain all the differences in the touring line. "The employees at Gulf Coast HD are by far the most friendly and courteous people I have ever met. I stopped by one day on a whim. Always wanted to learn to ride, just never took the leap. I was there by myself and just looking around. Bryan immediately walked up to me and introduced himself and asked if he could help with anything. I told him I was just looking as I had never been on a motorcycle let alone driven one. Although Bryan knew I wasn’t there to make a purchase, he took a tremendous amount of time teaching me the difference in the riding styles, importance of fit, and had me sit on about a dozen bikes so I could learn the difference. He told me about the Rider’s Edge program and I was hooked! Not only did I sign up for Rider’s Edge, (by a very helpful Amy), I bought my very first bike! (Bought a pre-owned, as I didn’t want to practice on a new one). Bryan and Larry worked out an excellent deal for me, and Dale offered up some very helpful tips as he processed my paperwork. Came home and told my husband (also a non-rider) and he was interested in learning. So two days later, my husband and boys go with me to the shop. Bryan greets me by name. He has my husband sit on a variety of bikes to get the feel. Explains in detail to my husband everything he had taught me. Julie signed him up for Rider’s Edge and both she and Chelsea helped us find the right equipment for him. I couldn’t decide on a helmet, so Chelsea took the time to write down what I was looking at and said to take my time and do some research. Never an ounce of pressure to buy anything. We were there almost two hours and our boys (who HATE shopping-of any kind) said, We don’t mind coming here to shop, this place is cool! They are absolutely correct. GC HD is cool. If a company wants their employees to learn what great customer service is, they can save a ton of money by skipping costly seminars and take them right to Gulf Coast HD and learn from the pros themselves. "WOW... simply no other way to sum things up!!! After finding an HD of interest on the NPR website, I made an email inquiry. Shortly thereafter, received a telephone call from Lori welcoming me to the dealership and with a commitment of follow-up from someone on the sales staff. Not long after, I received a call from Scott. We discussed the bike and scheduled a visit to the NPR dealership. Scott informed me he had commitments when I intended on being there but told me to come on in and Dale would know all about the visit. Showed up as planned and was greeted by very attentive staff at the front desk. They paged Dale and I was promptly met and shown the HD. While Dale got called away, I was introduced to Anthony. "Wow, every time we go to GCHD it is always a pleasure. There have been two visits that deserve kudos for Keith and Jo Jo....AKA...stimpy and ren. I was attending the Rider's Edge course and Keith and JoJo took care of putting my face shield on my helmet for range day. They not only "installed" my face shield, they even polished up my helmet and shield for me....not bad for men! The second visit was just this week. "In the beginning of august I bought a 09 Sportster had it 5 wks. rode 1375 miles. Then I stopped by the Harley shop on Sept. 2 to look around and was approached by Mickey A.K.A. (BIG MICK). We started talking about trading my bike in on a upgrade. I pick out a road king classic and by the way I am a truck driver and I had to leave town. Mickey took care of everything then called to tell me everything was good to go. On Sept. 4 he called to tell me the computer was acting up and I couldn't have my bike until Sunday. Mickey heard in my voice that I wasn't happy. My wife was there to drop off a check for my accessories for the bike. "I suggested to some friends that we ride in to your dealership to look at used bikes ( they have a Honda but need a Harley) and while they were working with one of your salesmen I asked Nick in service if he could look at an issue with my 2009 FLHTCU's passenger backrest. "Gulf Coast Harley is our second home and it felt like home the first time we stopped in back in March 09. Anthony showed us around and we looked at a few bikes but not ready to buy. With Anythony's help my hubby signed up for Riding course. He loved it and the instructors! We were back every weekend just looking until we saw the one. When we saw the bike, Mick was there to help us out and took my hubby for a ride and when he returned you could not wipe the smile off his face. Mick and Larry put some numbers together because they knew the amount we wanted to spend and not over. Well I had to think about it and we decide to wait. I called first thing Monday and found out someone bought the bike. Mick called me to deliver the bad news but promised he was on the hunt for the bike for us. He delivered his promise within the same week with a phone call and said you both need to get down here now I found you a bike. 2003 HD 100th Anniversary Edition with 8000 miles! We saw it and we were in love! Mick was so right. Mick, Larry and Anthony were all right there telling us how special this bike was and all the special details. These men know there bikes. Larry told me it was the price we needed and well we bought beginning of May. Thank you Anthony, even though you did not get the sale you brought us back into that store. Mick thank you for keeping your promise, we love our bike! Larry appreciate getting us the number we needed! Dale was extremely helpful in financing and explained in detail about the service plan and even though we were not going to take the full plan it was with his expertise, experience and passion that made us decide to spend the extra money. "A few weeks ago I took my wife into the showroom to see if there was a model of H-D that would suit her. Anthony Iapichino was very patient with us as we went from one model to the next looking for that perfect fit. She then spotted the '09 Heritage, in metallic purple and silver. Sure enough it fit her well. She was even offered to take it for a ride, but we were not dressed in our riding garb. So we passed on it and left the building. After stewing it over for a week, we took the chance that the Heritage was still there and went back ready to ride. Again, Anthony was ready and willing to accommodate. My wife, Brenda, took the Heritage for a little putt around the parking lot and then around the block, with Anthony leading the way. Upon returning Brenda was smiling from ear to ear and I knew we were gonna be there a while. Unfortunately.. we were also on the way to the airport to pick up my brother. So I let Anthony know, "if we're gonna do this.. we gotta do it quick and be out of here by 4pm".. it was already coming up on 2:30-3:00. He wasted no time getting our information, answering all our questions, and getting the credit report run. Then came Dale Hedding. I had worked with Dale before when I purchased my '07 Night Train a couple years before. He was aware of our situation and also wasted no time getting us situated, going over all the warranty information, and whatnots. We were out the door by 3:45p and made it to the airport in perfect time. Further more... The next day Brenda noticed the ignition cover wouldn't stay completely down when closed and pointed this out. A service team member, Jeff, was quick to look it over and ordered a replacement right then and there. Everyone at Gulf Coast H-D rocks!"

"After 'borrowing' several friends bikes and then buying and owning a 2007 Road King Classic, we decided that this was the bike we wanted for the long term. And since we planned on owning it ... well ... forever, it had to be a special bike, not one you might see a dozen times while riding through Daytona or Sturgis. So, after reading about the new 2009 Road King Classic and all the great upgrades they did to the frame, rear wheel, exhaust, etc, we decided it was time to buy our dream bike. We went onto the HD website and decided we wanted the custom colors called Black Ice/Blue Ice. However, since these colors were only produced for 3 months in 2008, dealer after dealer (4 total) told me there were none available. My last stop and hope was at Gulf Coast where Mick took down my information and told me he would call me as soon as he heard something, even if it was bad news. After 2 days he called and I was pretty sure that he had not found my bike. But then he asked me a question ... How would I like to own a 2009 Road King Classic with Black Ice/Blue Ice custom colors? I couldn't believe it, he had found my bike. So the next day we bought our dream bike. We got a great deal, a great trade in for our 2007 and they even went the next day and picked up the bike for us at no charge. All in less than a week! I can't say enough for what Mick and his crew did for us! He refused to give up and we are really glad we found him and his crew!"

"Attended the event hosted by you for the LAMA group on Saturday (3/21). I wasn't a member that day, but joined Monday night. Very impressed with the dealership and employees that I was in contact with. The demo rides changed my opinion on Harleys. Rode a Sporty "back in the day", ride an FZ1 now after putting a few miles on a BMW K bike. Been riding off and on since 1968, motocrossed until age 42, so I have a little experience and am considered a good rider, better than some, not as good as others I suppose. Signed up for as many demo rides as I could or actually as many as they would let me, the sign up girls kept saying "You have to be fair and let other have a chance", still got in 5 rides along with the other activities of the day. The demo-ride instructors were very good. Kept things orderly, were prompt with the ride times and everyone seemed to have a good time. A little sketchy riding with others I'm not familiar with, but the LAMA riders know how to keep in line, it was the occasional visitor that didn't flow with the group as well. The instructors mentioned they saw a difference with the group and felt more comfortable and confident with us. Most impressed with Silvana Golzman running the kid's activity tent. She was the right person and personality for the job. That's not something you can learn or be educated for, you either have it or you don't. A fair job can be done with some effort, but to really make it work takes a special kind of person. Too many activities for the kids are what adults think kids should do. Silvana found just the right mix to make it work. Obvious that she put a lot of time and effort into preparation, I appreciate that even if she didn't let me do any coloring. Enjoyed the event, the association speaks highly of you and your reputation. Seeing the employees in action showed me why. "Gilbert was incredible! Being a woman and a first time motorcycle buyer was very intimidating. He approached me and I immediately felt comfortable. My significant other joined us, and Gilbert asked us which bikes we were interested in--a Fat Boy for Bobby and a Softail Deluxe for me. He immediately took us to those models and had us sitting on them. When he heard us mentioning the accessories that we would be ordering for those bikes, he steered us in the direction of the Softail Heritage--it had everything that we both wanted included and only cost a few hundred dollars more than the original bikes that we thought we wanted. "Well this started back in November of 2008. Stopping by Gulf Coast Harley in New Port Richey the wife and I were greeted by friendly sales people as we walked through the door. It was twenty to four 20 minutes before closing but the staff was great. We met Sales Consultant Bryan York and briefly told him we were looking at but not ready to buy a Ultra-Classic. Bryan took the time to tell me more than I ever knew about HD and the bike I dreamed of buying someday. As I am a large (tall) guy space on the bike is of great concern. Bryan explained how the bike could be made to fit and the details of how. Well it was now closing and this conversation went outside into the parking lot where Bryan not only spend more time he even let the wife sit on his Ultra and in the parking lot moved things to show us how the bike would fit. We thanked him for his time and explained if the stock market ever came back I would be back to trade my Royal star Yamaha in on a Ultra. For the 3 months’ I kept (more like bugged him) in contact he always called back and invited us back just to say hello and chat. Sunday 2-23-09 we returned to GCH and met with Bryan. This time I was on our bike after a long ride with intent of trading if the rite deal was to be had. Upon entering the store I was greeted by Bryan who showed me several bike on the floor. One a 2008 red/red caught my eye and the deal was done from there. The wife and I now proudly ride a 2008 Ultra. Point to this writing is Bryan York was interested in us even though we were not ready in November 2008. H kept contact with us and took his time (some of his own) to go just that extra step. Even though we looked up north and south this contact with Bryan brought us back again to GCH in NPR. A lot is to be said for a person that goes the extra mile. My son and brother in law are now awaiting the time to trade and buy with GCHD in NPR"

"First let me advise you I have rode my Harley over 100,000 miles in the past 5 years. "Hello, Bought my second bike from you last Saturday. Traded in a Sportster for a Classic. Anthony Iapichino and Dale Hedding stayed late to complete the paperwork and to make sure the new bike was ready to go. Anthony did not rush the sale, he took the time to answer every question and concern. As a matter of fact, the bike we chose was not on the sales floor yet. It was fully serviced but had not been put on display yet. My beloved Carol was much more relaxed as we traded bikes this time since she had learned to trust the people at the New Port Richey dealership. To get to your location, we have to ride right by another dealership, they did not have the selection of used bike as Gulf Coast. "My husband was turning 40 this year and I really wanted to give him something special. For months and months we came to Brandon Harley and talked with Kelley once sometimes twice a week. Kelley always took the time to answer our questions, even though I think he knew that we weren’t quite ready to make a purchase he always made time for us. Just a few months prior my husband purchased a sportster for me at Brandon Harley and it was eating him up that he was still riding a HONDA. (Not to mention I would rub it as much as possible! ha ha) Even though the Honda was good to us, he was totally in love with the Harley Street Glide, there was nothing more that he wanted. He talked and talked and talked about it, until finally I couldn't take it anymore. His 40th birthday was approaching and not sure financially if we could afford the street glide, I called Kelley one afternoon for some advice. I even suggested to Kelley that I would trade my bike just so my husband would have an unforgettable 40th. He is soft spoken, easy going and definitely goes the extra mile to make your purchase stress free. I would like to say Thank you, to Kelley and Neal, my husband loves his motorcycle. "As times are tuff and when the opportunity presents itself, it's always refreshing to take a ride and let the wind blow through the hair I used to have lol, as I enjoy the solitude of feeling my Harley thumping along with no "worries". Needless to say, I noticed a wining noise and felt this can't be to good. As the noise became louder and continued I took my 96 FatBoy into Brandon's service department, Bruce filled out the paper work and Darrick took into the shop, cranked it up. Needless to say the wining noise was very apparent and Somer popped outta her office and said turn it off, I don't think we want to buy this guy a new motor, she looked at me and said it sounds like a bearing, possible your cam barring and that we will need to get it apart and see really what's up. She saw that look on my face $$$$ and said, hey it could be worse, "NO WORRIES" and I'll keep you posted! She and her team did just that, kept me posted and asked me to come by from time to time as our little project was getting bigger and all I could see was a few hundred dollar fix heading towards a couple thousand. I say this tongue n cheek, yes, it was an expensive fix but because of Somer's professionalism and "NO WORRIES" demeanor as well as all the guys involved from Derrick, Ritchie, James, Ken, Bruce, Terry and some I may have not mentioned and not on purpose, They were and are all great to work with. I feel my safety and overall performance of my Harley was never compromised and everything worked out great! New bigger cam, new parts, a friendly environment and overall honesty. Most of all I appreciate Somer Huffman surrounded by a group of people that keep us riders riding.
